Termination Clause:

In the event Distributor/Dealer/Channel Partner wish to terminate this agreement or reduce the number of units to be sold, they have a 7-day window to do so. However, they must only exercise this option after clearing all outstanding dues and obtaining a NO DUES Certificate from Greentek Reman Pvt. Ltd., Failure to adhere to this procedure within the specified time frame forfeits their right to scale down or return the goods. It’s crucial to adhere to these conditions to ensure a smooth termination process and avoid any disputes.

In the event of any discrepancies or disputes, decisions made by the management of Greentek Reman Pvt. Ltd. shall be deemed final and binding upon all partners. The management of Greentek Reman Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify policies at its discretion.
